I am an associate with Joy Anasta and Associates and am a member with Australian Counselling Association. It is my purpose to sit with people and help them make sense and meaning out of their life experiences and the problems that keep them stuck. Let’s work together.
I consult on Mondays and Fridays from 285 Flinders St Adelaide. Sessions are generally 1 or 2 hours long, face to face or online. I work with individuals and couples. All appointments can be booked via this website.

During my sessions I take the time to hear you, understand what is happening for you and be truly attentive to what is most important to you.
Sometimes though, we don’t really know what the issue is, we just know that something isn’t right. If that’s you, let’s chat, and together we can get to the core of what is holding you back.
Additionally, I offer half and full day breakthrough blocks whereby we explore all the issues listed above, but in an intense and unique way. These opportunities are offered in various locations and across various times. This is for people who may need the extra time to talk and dig into their life and the prevailing issues. You may have even done some counselling or therapy in the past and scratched the surface if your struggles, this intensive work goes a layer or two deeper. Call or email to discuss further.
Counselling sessions which are delivered at your school or workplace. Sometimes having someone from outside the community creates a safer space for students, staff, families and employees to share. All that is needed for this to occur is a confidential lounge type space and a willingness to promote it within the community. Workplace and community wellbeing is critical to flourishing societies, so this is a great way to enhance that. Chat with Travis to discuss further.
Travis is available for training, speaking and workshops across a range of topic including (but not limited to): understanding trauma, supporting people with chronic health conditions, grief and loss, addiction, anxiety and depression, adolescent and teen issues, and family and couples issues. Chat with Travis to discuss further.
I have always taken an interest in people and what makes them tick, right from those early years at school where I enjoyed lunchtime more than work time!
Since then, I have been working in the people helping professions all of my working life, most recently as Team Leader of a residential drug and alcohol program. My passion is helping people to unlock their true self and feel free to be all they desire. It is an honour to hold space for people in their time of need and to guide them out of the fog and into the future.
I have been married to Jess for 15 years and have two children. In my spare time you’ll find me watching the footy, bushwalking, being with my family or reading a good book.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you to be heard and find freedom.
